What a cancellation costs depends on the listing’s cancellation policy and how close the booking is.
Cancelling
Open the booking from My Bookings and choose Cancel. Every listing shows its cancellation policy — flexible, moderate or strict — before you book, and the same policy decides any fee.
Rescheduling
Ask for a new time from the booking page. The provider accepts or declines the request.
